How many people will be in the Makeup Masterclasses? Between 6-12.
Each class when booking your ticket will share the class availability we never have more than 12 in a
class to ensure we are able to provide the highest level of service.
Some classes will be set to a lower number depending on the course structure and location. While
some classes may be smaller depending on the interested in the set date or time.
Will I have a certificate after doing the makeup course? No. These course are for self-education.
Are all Masterclasses in-person? Yes, when booking in for a Masterclass at a set location.
For those looking for an online or virtual experience we do over zoom masterclasses, you can find
these on our Eventbrite pages. And if you are looking for a self paced experience we have online

Is there a payment plan available? Depending on your purchase, where payment plans are available
it will be stated.

If I come with a friend to the Makeup Masterclass, can I get a discount? We provide everyone with the same level of service and care during our makeup masterclasses and do not offer further discount's. The best way to save money on your booking is to pre book a class

Can I get a refund if I catch Covid-19 and can't make the Masterclass? Where you are unable to attend a makeup masterclass due to any reason, we offer you a 3 month rebook date from the date you were unable to attend. We have a strict no refund policy. If you are unable to make you class, please email [email protected] and we will confirm the 3 month extension to rebook and the process behind that.
Is there any extra hidden costs? No, All cost once paid are final. We believe in transparency all cost displayed have been priced in terms of the value you receive. However we do over further services and products that hundreds of our customers have said yes to and we will share these optional offers with you.
Is the online course lifetime access? Yes, you will have lifetime access to the course you have enrolled into meaning there is no set time to complete your course.

Can my daughter do the Makeup Masterclass? Yes, unless the class is age specific all ages are welcome. We let you decide if your daughter will gain
from coming to the experience where a child is attending a parent must always be present with
them. We have had many mums and daughters attend our class and we will subtlety change parts of the class to meet any younger ladies attending. We have had young ladies attend from the age of 9.
Recommend age is 12 up (we believe in age groups blending and the techniques taught are fundamentals not age specific).
Do I need to bring along my own makeup to the Makeup Masterclass? We provide everything you need to use during the class, and all makeup is available to order after the class. We prefer you to use the products provided as these are Rebecca’s recommend choice of makeup and to help with the flow of the class but you are always most welcome to bring your makeup to use. All attendees must use the makeup brushes provided during the class.
Should I wear makeup to the Makeup Masterclass? Where possible please come with no makeup on, doing this will allow you to achieve the best possible finish. If you are unable to come with no makeup on, we will provide you with face wipes for removal prior to starting.
